Bucketlist won't upload. Spinner just spins, never uploads.
Hi,
We recently updated to v1.2.2 and now it seems that our upload capabilities have stopped working. We can navigate the S3 folder structure as normal; however, when we select a file to upload, the white bar at the bottom of the screen with the spinner and filename never go away and the file is never uploaded. These are small images we're uploading (50k). This issue exists in all browsers we've tested, including IE7/8 Firefox and Safari for Mac.
What can we do to resolve this issue?
Matthew

Hi Matthew,
Could you provide me with Control Panel access please? Just email the details to ***@experienceinternet.co.uk, and I'll take a look.
Cheers,
Stephen

Stephen,
Because of internal policies I can't provide login access to the control panel; however, attached is a screencast of the issue.
Regards,
Matthew

Hi Matthew,
You mentioned in the video that everything was working previously.
I've emailed you a ZIP file of the previous BucketList release (version 1.2.1). Could you try that out please, to see if it the problem persists?
I realise it may be a bit tricky attempting to downgrade to a previous version of a FieldFrame fieldtype, particularly on a live site. If that's not an option, is there any way to test BucketList on another site on the same server?
Cheers,
Stephen
