Hi,

I'm having trouble getting this extension to work. When I go into the settings for the extension they don't seem to be saved at all. I'm also getting an error message in the log about banned members, of which they are none. That to me implies that the extension is being triggered but no users are being added to the MailChimp lists. I tried upgrading thinking that might fix the issue but I'm still not having any luck

I'm using User for the registrations along with self-activation. My EE version is v2.1.3 and the extension version is 2.0.4.

Regards

Emily

    Hi Emily,

Can you clarify what you mean about the settings not saving please? Can you enter your API key and load the available mailing lists correctly?

    Cheers,
    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

Yes the API Key is working correctly and loads all the mailing lists, however when I set the triggers and click save, the settings just go back to being blank i.e. the drop downs go back to 'Select member field...' and the trigger value is blank again.

    Regards

    Hi Emily,

Are you checking the box next to the mailing list? If you don't actually "select" the list in that manner, the list's trigger values etc. will be ignored.

    Cheers,
    Stephen
